Full Moon Winterfest

Description

Join the Northern Kettle Moraine Nordic Ski Club for an evening of winter fun for the family at Greenbush Recreation Area. Bring along your sleds and hit the sledding hill. Use your snow shoes or fat bikes on the single-track trails inside loops 1, 2, 3 and 4. (Note, these are shared trails.) Use your classic or skate skis on any ski trails in the full moonlight or on the 1.3-mile (modified brown) luminary trail. Have a pint from the Plymouth Brewing Company vendor on site. And enjoy gathering at a bonfire and making a s’more courtesy of the ski club.

Please note, to facilitate the luminary ski and enjoy the full moon's effects, the lights at Greenbush will be off from 6-10 p.m. No hiking or snowshoeing is allowed on any ski trail and is not allowed on the luminary trail. Pets are prohibited from this event and always on snow-covered designated ski trails.
