Point Beach First Day Hike

Point Beach State Forest is hosting a First Day Hike on Jan. 1, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Enjoy a 0.75-mile hike or snowshoe on the Swales Nature Trail. (The trail is an unpaved, uneven surface.) After your excursion, warm up in the Nature Center by the fire with hot chocolate and coffee. Dress appropriately for the weather, including warm, windproof, and waterproof layers, depending on conditions. Dogs are allowed at the hike, but not in the buildings.

Attendees can meet at the Point Beach State Forest Nature Center at 9400 County Highway O, Two Rivers, WI 54241.

A tracked wheelchair will be available at this event, and you can call ahead to reserve a time slot.
