Help celebrate Smokey’s 78^th birthday. Learn the real story of Smokey Bear and how he became the ambassador of wildfire prevention. Park staff will be on hand to read the story of Smokey Bear and talk about fire safety. Enjoy some birthday cake and Smokey Bear giveaways. Held in the Visitors Center, Lot 1.
