April Self-Guided Interpretive Trail - Spring Blooming Forest Flowers

Description

Take a walk on the wild side at the Mead Wildlife Area.  From the visitor parking lot kiosk, follow the gravel road East to the Boardwalk Trail. View spring bloomers hiding under leaf litter as the weather begins to warm the forest floor. Pick up a spring plant guide and trail map in the kiosk.

This Self-Guided interpretive trail theme can be viewed through April and into the first week of May when we change over the signs to spring bird migration theme.
