Nature Program: Nuts In Wisconsin

-

Description

Beware – the nuts are dropping!

Join the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Jackie Scharfenberg, forest naturalist, and Adam Zirbel, DNR forester, to learn which Wisconsin trees and shrubs produce edible nuts and where they grow. Following the program, attendees will get to try a variety of nuts and nut-filled treats. This program is most appropriate for people 12 years and older.

The event will be held at the Ice Age Visitor Center located at N2875 Hwy 67 in Campbellsport (half mile west of Dundee).
