Girl Scouts Love State Parks: Weed Warriors

Description

Calling all Weed Warriors to battle against invasive shrubs around the Ice Age Visitor Center! Learn why non-native invasive plants pose a grave threat to our native plant communities and then head out to commence hand-to-hand combat with the invaders. Wear appropriate clothes for the weather/outdoor work and bring your favorite gardening gloves. Drink, snacks and tools provided.

Call (920) 533-8322 to register by Sept. 9. This event is best for folks over 12 years old and open to the public.
