Autumn Forest Bathing

Mark the autumn equinox with a peaceful community forest bathing walk. The autumn equinox is a time of transition when summer’s energy shifts toward the quiet of winter. This walk offers a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with nature during this moment of seasonal change. Whether you’re new to forest bathing or returning to the practice, all are welcome. We’ll finish with warm tea and light seasonal snacks.
