Learn to Cook Venison (Milwaukee County)

This class is a hands-on introduction to cooking venison taught by wild game chef and Pheasants Forever's R3 and Outreach Coordinator John Motoviloff. You will be taking a piece of venison from a rough chunk of meat to a trimmed and juicy steak and sauce as well as learning techniques for successfully cooking other cuts of venison. Remember to dress in old clothes or to bring an apron as everyone will have the chance to cook. Class will conclude with a reflecting on what we learned while we enjoy a fresh-cooked venison meal! 

To register, go to Go Wild and log in or create an account if you don't already have one. Click on the Manage Safety Education tab, click "Search for Class, and select "Learn to Hunt" as Course Type and "Milwaukee" as County in the drop-down tabs. Register with your Customer ID number. If the class does not appear it may be full. Please contact John to be added to a waitlist.
