Universe in the Park

Description

The night skies are bursting with stars and planets. Join Jodie Kiyokawa for a 30 to 40-minute presentation about astronomy. Learn about current and upcoming celestial events and research; then, weather permitting, view the sky through a telescope. The talk is best suited for ages 8 and up and viewing for ages 4 and up. Meet at the Sanderling Nature Center. Accessible bathrooms and a water fountain with bottle filler are available inside. A Vehicle Admission pass is required and can be purchased online or at the Park Office upon arrival.
