E-Scouting Virtual Clinic

-

Description

Cost: Free

Location: Virtual! A link will be sent to participants registered.

This 2-hour virtual clinic teaches hunters how to use popular mapping apps to identify high-potential hunting locations, understanding animal movement and make more informed decisions before ever stepping into the woods.

Topics include:

  • Reading aerial and topographic maps
  • Identifying key terrain features and travel corridors
  • Using filters, layers and property information tools
  • Planning access routes and stand locations
  • Evaluating both public and private land opportunities

While examples will focus primarily on deer and turkey hunting, the skills taught can be applied to a variety of game species, including western big game hunts.

Whether you are brand new to hunting apps or looking to get out more of the tools you already use, this clinic will help you hunt smarter and scout more efficiently.

Participants will receive a free HuntStand or onX membership to use during the workshop and afterward.
