Fish n Fun

Description

A favorite community event! Fish N Fun happens annually on the first Saturday in June (June 6, 2026) at Edgewater Park in Beaver Dam. 
 

Children ages 4-12 are invited to participate in free "Fish N Fun, Learn-to" clinics, typically 10 stations, including casting, fishing games, casting targets, live bait, artificial bait, taxidermy, fish cleaning, fish ID, invasive species, boating safety, and fishing regulations.

Each registered participant will receive a FREE brand-new rod & reel at the conclusion of the event.

Check in starts at 8:30 a.m. with clinics starting at 9:15 a.m.

Register online at BDLIA.org, call 920-356-1200, or send an email to info@bdlia.org with your child's name(s), age(s), accompanying adult, phone number, & email address.

Attendance is limited to 100 children, Children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Event will take place rain or shine. Participants are encouraged to arrive on time and check in - program format will utilize a shotgun start, jumping in after the start time will be difficult.
