Kick off the 2026 summer program season at Merrick State Park with the return of a crowd favorite: Sustainable Safari®! Join us in the Nature Center for an exciting, one-hour presentation featuring live animals. Sustainable Safari is a licensed mobile animal exhibitor whose mission is to educate the public on planetary sustainability and natural history through safe, up-close animal encounters.

This event will be held rain or shine.
