Volunteer Workday at Sutphen Homestead

Help us clean up the Titus Sutphen Homestead. This 1850’s homesite has an invasive plant problem! Join us for any or all workdays. It is almost a 1 mile hike to the site where we will be clearing buckthorn or removing other invasive plants. Be sure to wear pants and protective shoes (no sandals) and bring work gloves and water.

Meet at the Forest Headquarters for the walk into the site. Please register for event. Two workdays: Wednesday, May 27 9 a.m. - noon and Tuesday, June 2, 9 a.m.- noon

This event will be held rain or shine.
