Honoring the Transition of Spring to Summer with Marjasana Kay

Join Marjasana Kay for a special gathering to celebrate the transition from spring to summer. This event includes a short talk on the meaning of solstice, interactive sharing, group voice activation, sound healing, and a short “Resonant Walk with the Trees at Newport." What to bring: A mat, blanket, water bottle and journal (for optional notetaking). Dress for the weather. 

About Marjasana: A singer, sound healer, and visual artist, Marjasana incorporates the gifts of the natural world in ALL her work. She shares her deep appreciation of Earth’s seasonal shifts with community that is willing to see their refection in Mother Nature in a respectful and joyful way. Marjasana leads nature-based workshops to many different settings in Wisconsin. She has a unique collection of earth instruments to support sharing a deepening of connection with the natural world. 

This event will be held rain or shine. In case of rain, the event will be moved to the shelter, a short walk from Lot 3. Registration required: Max 25 persons. Call park office at 920-854-2500. Donations accepted.
