Kite Building Workshop

Description

Join in the fun of making and decorating a pocket sled kite during one of the workshop sessions. Then head out to fly the kite. All ages are welcome; younger children will need parental help. Children must be accompanied by an adult. A fee of $5 cash per kite kit will be collected at the workshop. Credit card purchases must be made at the Park Office before going to the program. This is a drop-in program. No experience required. 

Meet at the Park Bathhouse near parking lot P6. The Bathhouse has flush toilets, changing areas and a drinking fountain. This location is not open to dogs. A Vehicle Admission pass is required and can be purchased online or at the Park Office upon arrival.

This event will be held rain or shine.
