"Take a Hike!" to understand Invasives

-

Description

Join Park staff on a 1.5-mile hike along Forest Management Trail to discover how invasive species encroach on a variety of native habitats at High Cliff State Park. Learn about the many ways to identify invasive species, the effects they have on our environment, and some of the control methods we can use to manage existing populations. Be sure to bring sturdy footwear, a water bottle, and dress for the weather. Vehicle admission is required at High Cliff State Park.

This event is weather-dependent. In the event of inclement weather, the hike may be cancelled. Contact the park office at (920) 989-1106 for additional information.
