Monarch Butterflies: Tiny Kites In The Sky

What do Monarch Butterflies and Kite Flying have in common? More than you think! Join the Park Naturalist at the beach to explore Monarch flight mechanics and behavior through the fun of kite flying. Kites are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with plenty to learn about our winged friends while you wait! 

This event is weather dependent– keep an eye on the wind speed and direction. This event is free with park pass.
