Exploring the Marsh

-

Description

The Black River Marsh is a unique habitat filled with many forms of wildlife. Join naturalist Phyllis McKenzie for an exploration with scoopers and basins to discover the living secrets of the marsh. We’ll begin together, then spread out along the boardwalk. Hands may get wet, but feet will stay dry. This is a fun early morning activity for campers and other visitors. Have a snack before you come! We suggest sun block and a bottle of water for this adventure. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Non-flush toilets are available about a 5-minute walk from the Black River Marsh Boardwalk parking lot P10.

This event is weather-dependent.
