Native Arts and Culture of the Ho-Chunk – An Intro to Porcupine Quills

Join us to engage and enjoy in the art and culture of the area’s Indigenous peoples. Melanie Tallmadge Sainz (Ho-Chunk) is an award-winning mixed media artist. She will provide a hands-on workshop integrating natural porcupine quills and beads. Participants will create bracelets or chokers as a memory of this shared cultural experience.
