Happy Little 5k Walk

Description

In celebration of the Bob Ross-inspired Happy Little 5k Run for the Trees, take a 5k stroll around the forest! Forest staff will guide a hike, or if you’d like to run or ride the 5k route, check in with staff at the beginning of the hike for the 5k route. 

The event is free, but if you’d like to receive an official T-shirt, commemorative bib number, and finish medal, register for the event.

Total cost with tax and processing fee is $43.54, and proceeds support tree planting and forest protection efforts – such as invasive plant and forest pest management – in Wisconsin state parks, forests, trails and recreation areas.

This event will be held rain or shine.
