Letting Go: An Autumn Forest Bathing Walk

Step into the colors and crisp air of autumn and experience the forest as it prepares for rest. On this guided walk, we’ll slow our pace and notice falling leaves, earthy scents and the quiet beauty of the changing season. This is a chance to step away from busy life, breathe deeply, and enjoy the calm of fall. We’ll end the walk with tea and time to gather together and reflect.
