Fullness and Flow: A Summer Forest Bathing Walk

Description

Step into the lush energy of summer and spend time in the shade of the trees. On this guided walk, we’ll move slowly and notice the warmth, the breeze, the sounds of insects and birds, and the vibrant life of the forest. This experience is designed to help you slow down, unplug and soak in the richness of the season. We’ll end the walk with tea and time to relax and reflect together.

This event will be held rain or shine.
