Forest Awakening: A Spring Forest Bathing Walk

Description

Step into the quiet return of spring and notice the forest waking up. On this guided walk, we’ll slow down and pay attention to birdsong, fresh buds, soft light and the smell of new earth. This gentle, easy-paced experience is about unplugging, breathing deeply, and enjoying the feeling of the season changing around you. We’ll end the walk with tea and time to relax and reflect together.
