Weekend Wild Walk

Description

It's that magical time of the year again and a perfect time to get out and enjoy nature. Grab your scarves, mittens, and your sense of adventure and go on a hike lead by the park’s naturalist on the Steinke Basin Trail. This 2-mile hike on one of the park’s wooded trails is a great way to get out and enjoy a winter adventure. Dress warm and make sure to wear appropriate footwear for the trail conditions. If there’s snow, we’ll have snowshoes for you to borrow. This hike is best for kids 12 and up and adults. 

Meet at the Steinke Basin Parking lot.
