Winter Birds Bus Tour

Description

Whether you are a new or experienced birder, this guided bus tour offers an exciting chance to spot some of Horicon’s winter bird visitors. DNR staff and members of the Horicon Marsh Bird Club will take you to all the hotspots as we search for beautiful birds like Horned Larks, Snow Buntings, Rough-legged Hawks, possibly Snowy Owls, and more. Dress warmly, as we may have the opportunity to get out and put some of the star birds on a spotting scope. 

Pre-registration and $15 non-refundable fee per person are required. Limit 30. You must register and pre-pay to secure your reservation. 

After the bus tour, stick around from 6-8 p.m. and join us for an Owl Prowl!
