Winter Guided Forest Therapy Experience
Description
Step into the quiet beauty of midwinter and explore how cold, light and texture shape the season. Guided by ANFT Forest Therapy Guide and community-based wellness practitioner Anne David, this winter walk invites you to slow your pace and attune to the landscape and subtle movements of the winter forest. Through gentle invitations and sensory-based noticing, we’ll take time to connect with the natural world in its winter form, allowing space for calm, curiosity and presence to emerge. After our walk, we’ll gather briefly to share reflections and enjoy a warm cup of tea.
This event is weather-dependent.
