WINTER TREE I.D. (led by Dan Buckler)

Description

It can be tough to identify trees without leaves! This winter, develop the skills to identify trees using clues found in buds, fruits, bark and branching patterns. Join Dan Buckler, DNR Urban Forester, for a hike through Havenwoods to learn how to identify tree species and explore the variety of those in the forest. Dress warm and wear boots in case the trails are muddy.
