SILENT HIKE

Description

Fighting the winter blues, overstimulated and want a pause from the noise? Do you desire to be around others while in your own world, want to focus< on your senses and the world around you, or just want to hike in a different way? Come take a hike without talking. Showing up is enough. Your intention is your own. We will meet inside the nature center for bathroom and water before heading out. Please silence/vibrate phones and other devices. Dress for the weather for up to a 1.5-mile hike.
