Crimson, Gold, and Stillness: A Guided Forest Bathing Experience

-

Description

Step into the vibrant beauty of fall and immerse yourself in the colors, scents, and rhythms of the changing season. Guided by ANFT Forest Therapy Guide and community-based wellness practitioner Anne David, this forest bathing walk invites you to slow down, notice the details of the autumn landscape, and connect more deeply with the natural world. Through gentle invitations and sensory awareness practices, we’ll explore how time in nature can nurture presence, calm and renewal. Surrounded by crimson and gold leaves and crisp autumn air, discover how the transitions of the forest mirror our own cycles of letting go and growth. Participants will leave with simple, nature-based practices to carry a sense of balance and wonder into daily life.
