Description

Instructors will cover hanging, aging, caping, skinning, CWD testing and hands-on processing and packaging of deer for home use and storage. Learn safe handling techniques, proper cuts and practical tips to maximize the yield and quality of your harvest. 

All equipment will be provided, and participants will receive venison to take home.
