Tamarack Trail Workday

Description

After meeting at the boat landing parking lot, we will cut and treat buckthorn on the Tamarack Trail around Mauthe Lake. After passing by the contact station, turn left at the Y intersection. 

A few long-handled pruners will be provided, but if you have some equipment we can use, please bring it. 

We recommend wearing/bringing long pants, long sleeves, gloves, a hat, and insect repellent. Also, please bring drinking water. Some of the areas are a bit low, so waterproof boots would be helpful.
