Description

Take a walk with the Naturalist to travel back in time and explore the rich history of the private cottages that populated this part of the park years ago. 

We will stop at a breathtaking overlook to see the upper narrows of the lake and the beautiful sandstone cliffs that surround it. Mosquito repellent is strongly encouraged.

Meet at the Fern Dell lot outside of the main park area. This program requires registration. To register, stop by the park office or call 608-254-2333. This event is free to attend, but a vehicle admission sticker is required.
