Migratory Birds
Description
Join us for a discussion about the birds you might see and hear throughout Lapham Peak, from the melodic sound of the American robin to the elusive wood thrush.
Learn interesting facts about these songbirds and more, and how you can help make your space more bird-friendly, from ensuring safe migration paths to providing sources of food, water, shelter and places to nest and rear their young. Help celebrate World Migratory Bird Day 2025 all year long, focusing on how we can help birds where we live. This year’s theme is "Shared Spaces, Creating Bird-Friendly Cities and Communities."
