Rock Island Annual Family Fun Day

Join us to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Rock Island State Park!

There will be activities and events all day. This includes spending a day on Rock Island hiking, swimming and touring the Lighthouse Museum. You can also get lunch at the burger and brat fry, bid at the silent auction in the Boathouse, shop for park merchandise, enjoy special kids’ activities and participate in other unique events. 

This event is the annual fundraiser for the Friends of Rock Island. All proceeds go back to supporting their mission to assist the DNR in operating and maintaining the park.

Volunteers are needed for this event. Free camping may be available for volunteers. Please register to volunteer by emailing the Friends of Rock Island at FriendsofRockIsland@gmail.com.

Logistics: Two ferries are necessary to get to Rock Island: one to Washington Island (which is a 10-minute drive to Jackson Harbor) and one to Rock Island.
