Invasive Species Awareness Day

Learn about the threat of invasives and delight in information on pollinators with family-friendly activities and free native plants! Enter to win a resident annual Wisconsin State Parks admission pass and bandana, courtesy of the Friends of Havenwoods State Forest! Prize drawings take place at noon and 2 p.m.

• All day: Crafts, resource tables, Ask a Master Gardener
• 10 a.m. – noon: Garlic Mustard Pull-a-Thon
• 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Beverages and snacks (available for purchase)
• Noon: Presentation by Samantha Schwarz, board treasurer for Southeastern Wisconsin Invasive Species Consortium
• 1 – 2 p.m.: Weed vs. Wildflower Hike
