Timber Trail Hike

Description

Join us on the Timber Trail. The trail has a fairly flat and level surface. This 1.3-mile looped trail goes through woods and barrens areas. This hike may take about one hour on average. A flush toilet and drinking fountain are available at the park office.

Meet at the parking lot on 30th Street, across from Summer Hideaway Campground. A vehicle admission pass is required for entry and can be purchased online or at the Park Office upon arrival. One all terrain wheelchair is available for use at this event and can reserved online.

This event is recommended for all abilities and ages; please leave pets at home. This event will happen in any weather, rain or shine. Dress according to the weather.

Consider bringing a water bottle, snacks, insect repellent, boots and rain gear.
