First Day Hike

Description

Ring in the new year with a self-guided hike. Beginning at the Monticello Trailhead, hike south on the Sugar River State Trail and return north on the Badger State Trail up to Monticello's Lake Avenue, then south back to the Monticello parking lot.

Free hand warmers will be available, and OutWiGo winter hats will be available for purchase at $15.

A 2025 state trail pass will be available for $25 but is not required to hike.
