Learn To Process Wild Game: Venison

Join Pheasants Forever for a hands-on night of learning how to process venison! 

This course will teach the skills necessary to skin a deer, break it down into quarters and process it into usable cuts. All tools are provided. Please bring an apron or clothing that can get dirty. Participants will have the option of going home with a few pounds of venison.
