This is a joint public hearing on permanent rules DG-01-24 and DG-02-24. DG-01-24 affects ch. NR 809 and is related to drinking water standards for PFAS and affects small businesses. DG-02-24 affects ch. NR 809 and is related to clarifying and correcting existing language and adding federal Consumer Confidence Report requirements.
The public has the opportunity to testify at the hearing. Registration is strongly encouraged if you plan to provide spoken comments during the hearing. To register, please use the Zoom registration link. You may also submit written comments on the rule to Constantine.Tsoris@wisconsin.gov by 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 8, 2025.
