DNR staff are in the process of revising administrative code as it pertains to effective recycling programs. This includes code that affects Responsible Units (RUs). Please join us for a feedback session to learn about draft concepts and provide feedback. This session is being held during the rule drafting period and is in addition to formal public comment periods that will occur on the economic impact assessment and full rule package.
