This County Deer Advisory Council Meeting is the first in a series of public input opportunities regarding deer management in Marathon County this spring.
This meeting will begin with a DNR staff presentation concerning current deer populations and habitat in the county. Council members will vote on antlerless deer harvest quotas, tag availability and season structure for the 2021 deer season. They will also make preliminary recommendations on a variety of county-specific regulations. This meeting includes an opportunity for public input.
