This is a monthly meeting of the WISE Team.

Agenda:

• 1-2 p.m.: Project Group and Agency Updates - Shared knowledge of key WISE team and agency work related to wellness, inclusion, support,\ and engagement

• 2-2:15 p.m.: Connection activity

• 2:15-2:45 p.m.: FWP Supervisor Focus Group Results - Shared understanding. FWP supervisors were surveyed to identify barriers to supervisor effectiveness and potential supervisor training topics. Focus groups were then held to dive deeper into survey comments. The survey and focus group information is now being used to develop a supervisor training series and address potential cultural issues.

• 2:45-3 p.m.: Break

• 3-3:20 p.m.: Employee Feedback Channel

• 3:20-3:30 p.m.: Discuss AEILI renaming to include Wellness

• 3:30-3:50 p.m.: Small group discussion of reporting back to divisions

• 3:50-4 p.m.: Close out
