• 2 - 2:15 p.m. - Connection Activity: Getting to know your colleagues
• 2:15 - 2:40 p.m. - Employee Resource Groups: understanding employee resource groups at the DNR
• 2:40 - 2:50 p.m. - Break
• 2:50 - 3:05 p.m. - Retention and Recruitment Plan Goals: Review goals from last meeting's brainstorming discussion.
• 3:05 - 3:55 p.m. - AEILI Facilitation and Schedule: Review facilitation or lunch and learns and the book club meetings, discuss expectations as a facilitator and review the year's schedule.
