The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is updating the document Guidance for Implementing Water Quality Trading in WPDES Permits (Edition 2). The DNR invites interested parties to provide input by attending the upcoming stakeholder meeting. DNR staff will provide an overview of proposed guidance updates and accept verbal comments from attendees.
