The Nonmotorized Recreation and Transportation Trails Council (NRTTC) carries out studies and provides and consultation to the legislature, governor, Department of Natural Resources and Department of Transportation on all matters related to nonmotorized recreation and transportation trails, including planning, acquisition, development, maintenance and management.
