Superior Refining Company LLC and Superior Refining Company LLC – Petroleum Bulk Stations and Terminal, located at 2407 Stinson Ave, Superior, Douglas County, Wisconsin, FID 816009590 and 816005080, submitted to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) a permit application, including plans and specifications for renewal of 816009590-P01 for operation of a petroleum refining facility; AND renewal of 816005080-P01 for operation of a petroleum bulk stations and terminals facility; AND a construction permit to make revisions to conditions in previously issued construction permits and to incorporate Consent Decree requirements that are not already included in a construction permit.
