Three Lakes Sanitary District #1 is located at 1950 Kotarski St., Three Lakes, Wisconsin with a discharge to an unnamed wetland within the Eagle River Watershed in the Upper Wisconsin River Drainage Basin in Oneida County. Changes from the previous permit include a proposed copper variance.
