This is a Public Hearing for the Proposed Second 10-Year Maintenance Plan for the Milwaukee-Racine PM2.5 Maintenance Area.
The proposed State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision fulfills the state’s Clean Air Act second ten-year maintenance plan requirement for the Milwaukee-Racine maintenance area for the 2006 24-Hour PM2.5 National Ambient Air Quality Standard.
