This is a public hearing for the Proposed Redesignation Request and Maintenance Plan for the Kenosha County, Wisconsin Portion of the Chicago-Naperville (IL-IN-WI) 2008 Ozone Nonattainment Area.

The proposed State Implementation Plan (SIP) requests that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency redesignate the partial Kenosha County, Wisconsin portion of the Chicago-Naperville (IL-IN-WI) nonattainment area to attainment for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).The public hearing notice and proposed SIP submittal are available here.
