Foundry Ridge Energy Center LLC, located at North Road and Creek Road (primary site) and State Highway 14 and Creek Road (alternate site), Darien, Walworth County, Wisconsin, FID 265200320 (primary site) and 265200430 (alternate site), submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) a permit application, including plans and specifications for the initial construction and operation of an electric generating peaking facility.
Air pollution control construction permit no. 25-MIN-107 (alternate site) and 25-MIN-099 (primary site)
The DNR issues Air Pollution Control Operation Permits for sources of emissions, as required by chapter NR 407, Wis. Adm. Code, and Title V of the Clean Air Act (Act). The draft operation permit may contain revisions to Title I conditions.
